Mini sessions are perfect for families who want beautiful, meaningful images without committing to a full session. They’re short, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed around the season — whether that’s spring wildflowers, golden fall fields, or holiday magic.

You don’t have to worry about stiff poses or perfect behavior. I’ll guide you gently while leaving space for real smiles, hand squeezes, and those sweet in-between moments that truly tell your story.

These sessions are ideal for busy families, growing babies, maternity milestones, or simply updating the frames on your wall. We keep it simple, stress-free, and full of heart — just the way it should be. Spots are limited and offered only a few times each year, so when they open, they tend to go quickly 🤍

The answers to your questions
What if my child doesn't cooperate?
First — that’s completely normal 🤍 I never expect little ones to stand still and smile perfectly. I gently guide the session while allowing space for movement, cuddles, tickles, and real interaction. Some of the sweetest images come from those in-between moments.
Can we bring grandparents or extended family?
Mini sessions are designed for immediate family only so we can keep things smooth and on schedule. If you’d like to include grandparents or extended family, I recommend booking a full session so we have the time to do it well.
What should we wear?
You’ll receive a style guide after booking with tips to help you feel confident and coordinated without being overly “matchy.” Soft neutrals, texture, and movement photograph beautifully — and I’m always happy to help you choose outfits if you’re unsure.
What happens if it rains?
If weather becomes an issue, I’ll communicate with you as early as possible and we’ll either reschedule or move to a backup date. I always want the light and setting to be just right for your photos.
When will we receive our images?
You’ll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours, and your full gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks. Your images will be available in a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print.
Can we choose our images?
Yes! You’ll receive a proofing gallery where you can select your included images. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or upgrade to the full gallery.
Are mini sessions right for us?
Mini sessions are perfect if you want updated photos, have little ones with shorter attention spans, or love seasonal backdrops. If you’re wanting outfit changes, multiple locations, or a more relaxed storytelling experience, a full session may be the better fit.
How do I book?
When mini sessions open, you can reserve your spot directly through the booking link. A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your time.
